Sometimes when I feel depressed, I think about how big I am compared to an ant or a sulfur atom. Or I'm really depressed, compared to a neutrino.
If my ego grows too much, I think about how small and insignificant I am compared to the galaxy.

After looking at that I looked up giant earthworms. I'm sure that they're as big as the link says, but they are still fucking huge.
