this is a classic boris question - just like when you wondered in batman begins why the water vaporizing machine didn't vaporize people because we all have water in our bodies.
How is it not possible that diluted water would not be vaporized? For instance, diluted water (i.e. salt water) has a higher boiling point than regular water. Why couldn't blood or urine (which are made up largely of water but not pure water) similarly have different characteristics that would not be targeted by a "microwave" device.
